Halwyn Holistics is the sole owner of the information collected on our website.  We will not distribute personal information to third parties. 

 

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.  We do not store any details of your credit card.

 

If you have decided on PayPal or Stripe as your method of payment, you declare that you are in agreement with your order data being gathered by them and processed for the purpose of handling the payment processing. The data privacy statements of the respective payment service providers shall apply. 

 

Collection and use of personal data Personal data is information that identifies you, such as your name, e-mail or postal addresses. Halwyn Holistics  does not collect personal data from you except when you specifically provide such data (e.g. when subscribing to e-mail newsletters, competition ,ordering products  or requesting information) and consent to its appropriate use for the service requested.

We may, however, have to disclose information about you if we are required to do so by law or in response to enforceable governmental requests.

Testimonials -  registered users have the opportunity to rate the contents of the website with regard to products.. Should a user give a rating, he or she grants Halwyn Holistics the right to use the rating anywhere and for an unlimited period of time. Halwyn Holistics  may publish and distribute the rating to an unlimited extent, i.e. in all forms of use and media, both online and offline. Should the user give his or her name/profile picture when giving the rating, Halwyn Holistics shall be entitled, but not obliged, to specify the user’s name when publishing the rating. Please inform us if you do not agree with these conditions and we will remove your  testimonial from our website and any other promotional material.
