About Us
Halwyn Holistics is a company based on the Mahurangi river on the North island of New Zealand. From our family to yours, our commitment is to bring you honest, quality products made with 100% natural ingredients. It’s important to me to support local businesses like my own so my ingredients are purchased from companies within New Zealand and my printing is done locally. Our packaging is recyclable and we use biodegradable labels. We love what we do and want to share it with you.

About My Work
Working as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner since 2006 it was very important for me to find natural products that worked well, suited my clients needs and smelt wonderful too. This proved a difficult task which provided the impetus to create something new.
So after a lot of research and some alchemy in the kitchen I started to make wax balms. This soon grew into massage oils and a few other things too. The aromatherapy seed was planted and soon grew into a passion. Starting Halwyn Holistics allows me to bring you the benefits of my research and creativity.
I now have a wonderful range of 100% natural aromatherapy products ranging from skin care, body balms, body/massage oils, hair styling wax, beard oil and many others.
I hope that you enjoy these products as much as my family, my clients and myself.

Why Elephants?
Why elephants in our logo? Well since about the age of 8 I have always loved them. In 2015 I was lucky enough to visit an elephant orphanage. It was such an obvious choice for me when developing my logo and branding.
Halwyn Holistics has fostered an orphan elephant called Barsilinga from the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya. His mother was shot by poachers when he was just a baby. I have three elephants in my logo, mum, dad and baby - this is to signify that my products are suitable for the whole family. At the moment I only foster Barsilinga but I am hoping that my profits will let me foster more as time goes on.

About Me
After growing up in Cornwall in the south west of Britain, I trained as a dental nurse and oral health educator. That was to be my career for the next 26 years, mixed in with raising 2 beautiful children. During this time I developed a passion for alternative, wellbeing therapies and massage. This led me to train in Indian head massage in 2004.
I moved to Adelaide, South Australia in 2006. Still working in the dental field I also pursued my interest in massage and reiki. This started with me training with the Natural Revolution Group ( affiliated with the Australian college of massage) Here I acquired skills and knowledge in both therapeutic and hot stone massage. During this time I also qualified as a Reiki practitioner.
I moved to New Zealand in 2011 and decided to turn my passion into a career, so now we have Halwyn Holistics.
